Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped from Japan within 5 business days after payment confirmation. During annual holidays, we will contact affected customers regarding any additional delay.

All orders are shipped using a tracked international delivery service. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable tariffs and import charges are collected at checkout in accordance with current United States customs requirements.

For all other destinations, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees are the buyer's responsibility. The buyer must cooperate with local customs and complete any required payment or clearance procedures. Otherwise, the shipment may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or disposed of.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, mobile telephone number, and any information required for local customs clearance.
