Refund policy

We generally accept returns only when the item received is materially different from its description.

Please contact us within 14 days after delivery and provide the order number, reason for the return, and relevant photographs. If the return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address in Kobe, Japan.

The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and accessories included. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Unauthorized or cash-on-delivery returns may be refused.

RELUNE sells vintage and pre-owned items. Disclosed signs of age, previous wear, repairs, natural material variations, minor measurement differences, screen-related color differences, and fit issues are not considered misdescription.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and return shipping costs are not refundable, except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
